Today is supposed to be a day of rest. So how are you resting? It's easy to fill the day with "good" activities and end up not feeling rested at all at the end of the day.
Try to find some time to rest your mind today. Think about how much God loves you. Think of all the ways he has blessed you. Take time to talk with him and thank him. If you have things on your mind, take those to him, too. He knows all about it, but he likes to hear from you.
Maybe you can find some time to listen to some music to calm you, or maybe you can slip in a 10 minute nap. Whatever you do to rest, try to do it today. You'll feel better tomorrow if you do.
